During my science tutorial activity, my group and I were exposed to the key aspects of the nature of science (NOS). Through this, we were able to:
- engage with an avert, phenomenon or problem when we pose a question.
- give priority to evidence when we determine what constitutes evidence and collect it.
- construct explanations when we formulate our own explanation after summarizing evidence
- evaluate our explanations when we examine other resources and form links to explanations (connections)
- communicate and justify our explanation when we form reasonable and logical argument to communication explanations
